纳米银的制备及对真丝织物的抗菌整理
Study on Preparation of Nano-Silver and Its Application in Antibacterial Finishing of Silk Fabric

Abstract
This paper prepares nano-silver in aqueous solution through modified amino-terminated hyperbranched polymer (MHBP-NH2) with three-dimensional network structure.Since MHBP-NH2 can control nano-silver,this paper in-situ fabricates nano-silver in silk fabric through MHBP-NH2 to achieve lasting antibacterial finishing.The results indicate that since molecular network structure of MHBP-NH2 has generation control and protection effect on nano-silver,average grain diameter of nano-silver prepared is 4.34 nm with excellent stability.Silk fabric finishing with in-situ generated nao-silve can form even-distributed nano-silver particles on the surface of silk fiber.The silk fabric shows outstanding antibacterial performance and color fastness to washing.When molar concentration of Ag + is 0.05 mmol/L,the antibacterial rate of silk fabric finished on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli reaches 99.87% and 99.52% respectively.After washing for 30 times,antibacterial rate can still keep over 98%.关键词
