Abstract
As information age comes,informatization construction of manufacturing enterprises is extremely urgent.Small scale and other shortcomings of silk manufacturing enterprises hinder the development of informatization construction.This paper takes silk manufacturing enterprises as the object of study to try to explore the strategies and methods to boost informatization engineering of enterprises.This paper expounds the meaning of informatization,the implication of enterprise informatization construction as well as the superiority and necessity of informatization in the process of driving development of manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the problems existing informatization construction of domestic silk manufacturing enterprises and raises rectification measures.Silk manufacturing enterprises should choose the software suitable for enterprise characteristics,complete data and mental preparation fully and carry out staff training.Informatization construction needs to consolidate step by step.Manufacturing enterprises should timely know,grasp and apply national policies to accelerate the process of informatization construction.关键词
