Study on Methods to Improve Operators' Superintending Quality of Xiluodu Hydropower Plant
摘要
Abstract
The characteristics of and general requirements on operator superintending in Xiluodu Hydropower Plant are introduced,and the factors influencing the superintending quality of operator are also analyzed.Some suggestions on improving operators' superintending quality are presented,including summarizing monitoring system signals and refining superintending processes,improving superintending environment and scientifically arranging run services,and strengthening communication between operators and promoting team spirit.关键词
