摘要

Abstract

The thrust bearing shoes of hydro-generating units in Xiluodu Hydropower Station manufactured by Voith Hydro are supported by rubber spring plates.The support stiffness of this thrust bearing is analyzed and the influences of this supporting mode on the force,oil film thickness and deformation of thrust bearing shoes are also analyzed.The results show that the rubber spring plates are good in improving the shoes' deformation and the load distribution in a shoe's surface,but poor in improving the flexibility of thrust bearing and the load distribution between shoes in circumferential direction.At the same time,the thinner oil film makes a higher requirement on the machining accuracy of thrust ring and thrust bearing shoes.
