Abstract
In recent years,the market competition of EPC general contract is quite intensive and the general contractors have to exert their own technical advantages to bring all their potentialities into full play,so as to ensure the successful realization of the construction target for the relevant project and try their best to lower the construction cost concerned.In accordance with the author's personal experiences got from the actual project management,the conditions,restrictive factors and solving schemes for implementing design optimization of EPC general contract project are briefly analyzed herein.关键词
