老年高血压肾损害患者早期应用前列腺素E1治疗观察
Observation on efficacy of prostaglandin E1 in early treatment of hypertensive renal damage in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous prostaglandin E1 on the improvement of the function of renal glomeruli and renal tubules in elderly hypertensive patients complicated with microalbuminuria.Methods Totally 70 elderly hypertensive patients complicated with microalbuminuria and nocturia who had received monopril for above 12 weeks were randomly and equally divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were given conventional treatment.The patients in treatment group were additionally intravenously given prostaglandin E1 for 15 d.The changes of urinary level of microalbumin (mALB),osmotic pressure,β2-microglodulin(β2-MG) and N-acetyl-β2-D-glucosaminidase(NAG) were detected and compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results In treatment group,the urinary level of mALB was decreased from (187.7 ± 19.5)μg/min to (112.5 ± 16.1) μg/min after treatment for 15 d (P ＜ 0.05),and the urinary level of NAG was decreased from (79.5-±12.2) U/L to (48.3 ± 9.7)U/L(P ＜ 0.05).In control group,the urinary level of mALB was (175.9 ± 19.3)μg/min and the urinary level of NAG was (75.2 ± 15.5) U/L after treatment.There was a statistically significant difference in the urinary levels of mALB and NAG after treatment between two groups (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the urinary level of β2-MG decreased and osmotic pressure increased in two groups,but there was no a statistically significant difference between the groups and within the group (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 can improve the renal ischemic state in elderly hypertensive renal damage and improve the renal function.关键词
