奥沙利铂联合多西他赛新辅助化疗对局部晚期宫颈鳞癌患者的近期疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer.Methods Fifty-two patients with locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer were enrolled and randomized into treatment group and control group.Twenty-seven cases in treatment group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy with docetaxel and oxaliplatin for 2 cycles and followed by radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.The other 25 cases in control group were treated with surgery alone.Results Mter neoadjuvant chemotherapy,two cases got complete remission,nineteen cases got partly remission,and six cases got no remission.The total response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy was 77.78％ (21/27),and the pathological response rate was 85.19％ (23/27).The toxicities were weak and side effects were tolerable in treatment group.Compared with control group,the positive rates of parametrial and vagina edges in treatment group were significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05),and the positive rate of pelvic lymph node metastasis was significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,blood loss,indwelling catheter time,and the incidence of complications between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The docetaxel combined with oxaliplatin in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced cervical squamous cell cancer could reduce the tumor size and enhance effective of radical operation,which has good short-term effects.关键词
