自升式平台齿轮齿条损伤温度检测方法
Damage detection method of rack and pinion of jack-up platform based on meshing temperature field analysis
摘要
Abstract
Using ANSYS,the three-dimensional finite element model of a pair of rack and pinion of some jack-up platform was developed,thermal analysis was performed and the meshing temperature field was obtained.Based on this,damaged gear models with abrasion,pitting and crack were developed respectively and the meshing temperature field was compared with that of the intact one.The results show that the meshing temperature field of gear tooth can be given accurately using high precision infrared radiation thermocamera.The temperature inspection could be one of the novel methods for the nondestructive inspection of the rack and pinion of jack-up platforms.关键词
