Abstract
Objective:To investigate the security and validity of the perioperative integrated operation approaches in pernicious placenta previa.Methods:Eight cases with pernicious placenta previa had the bilateral ureteral catheter preoperative,followed by performing the uterine artery catheterization via the femoral artery before the cesarean section.Afterwards,the uterine artery embolization was made right after the delivery,then removal of the placenta and suture the uterine incision.Results:Seven cases of uterine artery embolization succeeded,uterine hemorrhage was immediately reduced,and the uterus were successfully retained.During postpartum the lochia is normal and the blood β-HCG returned to normal within 21 days after the operation.However,one case had the total hysterectomy due to postpartum hemorrhage and invalid uterine artery embolization.All cases were absence of bladder and ureteral injuries.Conclusions:For most patients with pernicious placenta previa,interventional therapy of the ureter and uterine artery catheter preoperatively,uterine embolism after delivery during cesarean section is a safe,effective and practicable comprehensive treatment method.关键词
