社区老年心脑血管疾病患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors of self-management in the community elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and the primary influencing factors of self-management in the community elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods Questionnaire survey concerning the selfmanagement,self-efficacy,and social support was performed in 612 community elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.Results The self-management score was 1.9 ± 0.6 and the self-management scores were quite different in patients with various disease history,hospitalization historyand living conditions.Self-efficacy and social support were primary influencing factors for self-management (β =0.40,P ＜ 0.001 ; 3 =0.35,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions The impact of self-efficacy and social support should be paid more attention among the cardiovascular disease management.The intervention improving the level of self-management aiming the disease control would be one of the import tasks of community nursing.关键词
