摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the protective effects of ulinastatin applied in the perioperative period of hepatectomy on liver function and body.Methods 158 patients who received hepatectomy were randomly divided into ulinastatin group and control group.ALT,AST,TBIL,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were measured in the day of surgery and 1,3,5,7 days after surgery in both groups.Results The ALT,AST,TBIL,TNF-α and IL-6 levels were increased after surgery in both groups; and the increases in ulinastatin group were lower than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; and the time of returning to preoperative levels of some indicators in ulinastatin group was shorter than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin can protect liver function and reduce inflammation in patients receiving hepatectomy.关键词
