选择性地对未诊断糖尿病的高血压患者行口服葡萄糖耐量试验
Significance of oral glucose tolerance tests in essential hypertension patients without known diabetes

Abstract
Objective To explore which essential hypertension patients without known diabetes will merit most from the oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT).Methods To take OGTT in 1154 EHTs without known diabetes,and analyse the following data:coronary artery disease,hypertension history,blood lipids,apo and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),sex,age and body mass index.Results In be selected EHTs,66.5％ patients with impaired glucose tolerance and 78.7％ patients with newly diagnosed diabetes could be diagnosed in time by OGTT.FPG ≥ 5.6 mmol/L,coronary artery disease and hypertension duration exceeding 10 years were significantly associated with newly diagnosed diabetes.Both hs-CRP more than 3 mg/L and high apoB/apoA-1 ratios are independent predictors for the presence of postchallenge hyperglycaemia.Conclusions OGTT is a cost-effective method to detect the diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose tolerance in EHTs with abnormal glucose metabolism.关键词
