玻璃化冻融后单个囊胚移植周期的临床结局分析
Clinical analysis of single blastocyst transfer in frozen-thawed cycles

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the influencing factors of single blastocyst transfer in frozen-thawed cycles.Methods:A total of 109 cycles with single blastocyst transfer after thawing were analyzed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2011 to August 2012.Among these cycles,48 blastocysts were frozen on D5 after insemination (D5 group) and 61 were frozen on D6 (D6 group).Results:Implantation rate in D5 group was significantly higher than D6 group (45.83％ vs.24.59％) (P＜0.05).The abortion rate in D5 group was higher than D6 group (9.09％ vs.26.67％),but no statistical difference was found (P ＞ 0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that neither blastocysts developmental stage,nor morphology of inner cell mass or trophectoderm was significantly related to implantation potential (P ＞ 0.05,95％ CI 0.879-3.061,0.318-3.184,0.328-1.362 respectively).However,blastocysts developmental stage on D6 was significantly related to implantation potential(P＜0.05,95％ CI 1.080-10.013).Conclusion:Clinical outcomes of D5 single blastocyst transferred cycles were better than D6 blastocysts.D6 blastocysts expansion may be the most important parameter when a single blastocyst is selected for transfer.关键词
