摘要

Abstract

Superplastic materials have advantages such as high elongation,forming complex structures easily and so on; thus they have been widely used.Relation between stress and strain rate of superplastic thin walled cylinder under tensile and torsional loads is studied based on the plastic incremental theory.It is derived that tensile stress / shear stress ratio equal to 3 times of corresponding strain-rate ratio(K value).Variation of normal stress and shear stress under equal-ratio tensile and torsional strain-rate loads is discussed.Variation of the ratio of normal stress under tensile-torsional loads/under tensile loads and the ratio of shear stress under tensile-torsional loads/under pure shear loads is discussed.The results show that:(1) The larger the strain-rate (ε)z is,the larger the stress σz is.Increase of strain-rate sensitivity index m will decrease stress σz.A larger m enables stress σz difference to tend to reduce.A larger strain-rate (ε)z enables stress σz difference to tend to increase.(2) The larger the K is,the larger the stress σz is and the less the τθz is.With the increase of K,a larger strain-rate (ε)z enables stress σz or τθz difference to tend to increases.(3)At the same strain-rate (ε)z is,a larger m enables σz tension-torsion/σz tension and τθz tension-torsin/τθz tension to have larger values; a larger K enables σz tensiontorsion/σz tension to have a larger value and τθztension-torsion/τθz tension to have a smaller value.
