基于RTDS的南方电网失步解列策略可靠性研究
Study on the Reliability of Out-of-step Splitting Strategy for China Southern Power Grid Based on RTDS

Abstract
To examine the reliability of out-of-step splitting system and its strategy of China Southern Power Grid (CSG),real time digital simulator (RTDS) is introduced to study the out-of-step splitting characteristics of main sections and certain voltage values in this paper.A loop-locked realtime simulation experiment platform that consists of the RTDS models of AC/DC 500kV and above,out-of-step splitting systems,HVDC control and protection devices in CSG is set up.Based on ultimate operation mode in 2011,splitting devices are installed at the sections of Guangdong(-)Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou and others,such serious faults as HVDC block,switch's failure when three-phase short-circuit occurs at sending and receiving terminals on main channel of power tansfering from west to east are simulated.The action characteristics of out-of-step splitting system under serious failures are comprehensively tested,and the reasonability of the coordination of splitting devices and the voltage values setting are analyzed,which verify the reliability of the strategy.The simulation results show that the Out-of-Step Splitting System of CSG is effective and its strategy is reliable.关键词
