阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压患者血压变异性的影响
Impacts of Atorvastatin on blood pressure variability of patients with essential hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of atorvastatin on blood pressure variability in patients with essential hypertension.Methods One hundred and eight patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:atorvastatin group (96 cases) and control group (90 cases).Atorvastatin group was treated with antihypertensive drugs plus addition of atorvastatin (20 mg/d) treatment,control group was using antihypertensive drugs.After 6 months' treatment,blood pressure variability by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the variability of 24-hour systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure variability,the variability of daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,the variability of the night systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two sets improved significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Atorvastatin group,compared with the control group,improved significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin can improve blood pressure variability in hypertensive patients.关键词
