壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜与唯阴康在宫颈环形电切除术术后应用的疗效比较——附43例报告

Abstract
Objective To compare the effectiveness between chitosan cervical antibacterial film and disposable vaginal antibacterial adsorber (Weiyinkang) used after loop electrosurgieal excision procedure (LEEP).Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients received LEEP for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) Ⅱ-Ⅲ were randomly divided into three groups,i.e.control group (n =42),chitosan cervical antibacterial filmgroup (n =43) and Weiyinkan group (n =43).The amount and period of vagina bleeding,cervical wound healing,and infection rate of cervical wound after LEEP were compared among the three groups.Results Compared with control group,the amount of vagina bleeding was fewer,the periods of vagina bleeding and cervical wound healing were shorter,the infection rate of cervical wound was less in both chitosan cervical antibacterial film group and Weiyinkan group after LEEP.However,there was no difference between chitosan cervical antibacterial film group and Weiyinkan group in other indexes.Conclusions Chitosan cervical antibacterial film and Weiyinkan can significanly decrease the bleeding and promote cervical wound healing and protect cervical wound from infection after LEEP.关键词
