新型有源矩阵有机发光显示电流编程像素电路
New Current-Programmed Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode Pixel Circuit
摘要
Abstract
A new current-programmed pixel circuit for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) displays is presented.The pixel circuit consists of three switching thinfilm transistors (TFTs),one driving TFT,one capacitor and two control lines.Simulation results show that the pixel circuit can effectively compensate for the nonuniformity of the TFT threshold voltage and the shift of OLED threshold voltage.And the average nonuniformity of the emitting current is 4.63%.Compared with the traditional current-programmed pixel circuits,the connection mode of the capacitor in the pixel circuit makes the circuit works faster.Furthermore,the influence caused by the parasitic capacitor in the pixel circuit is analysed.关键词
