高原肺水肿70例临床及X线分析

Abstract
Objective To discuss the value of digital X-ray radiography for the diagnosis of high altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE).Methods From March 2011 to August 2012 in the 22nd Hospital of the PLA,New Oriental 1000 DR from China Resources Wandong Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd.was used to perform PA CXR for 213 patients with altitude reactions or common cold symptoms in the plateau.Results Of the 213 patients,70 ones were diagnosed with HAPE,including 12 ones in early phase,50 ones in progressive phase and 8 ones in stationary phase.Conclusion Digital X-ray radiography can display the image features of HAPE,and thus conventional PA CXR is of great significance for the diagnosis of HAPE for the patients with altitude reactions or respiratory tract infection.关键词
