盐酸二甲胺四环素促进显微根尖手术后根尖病变愈合的效果分析
Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride on Promoting Healing of Periapical Lesions in Apical Microsurgery

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on promoting healing of periapical lesions in apical microsurgery.Methods:A total of 127 teeth in 112 patients were included,and were randomly divided into the experimental group (56 cases,69 teeth) and the control group(56 cases,58 teeth).Apicomarginal defects were filled with minocycline hydrochloride ointment after the apical microsurgery in the experimental group,while patients in the control group received apical microsurgery only.Post-operative pain was assessed in one week,and the periapical healing was assessed at 6,12,18 months after surgery.Results:In one week after operation,pain of experimental group was less than that of the control group(P＜0.01).At 6 month and 9 month after surgery,the success rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in patients with different size of periapical lesions(P＜0.01).The success rates of the experimental group with different size of periapical lesions were righer than those of the control group(P＞0.05).At 18 month after surgery,the success rate of experimental group was 92.75％ and that of the control group was 87.93％,and the success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group in patients with different size of periapical lesions(P＞0.05).Conclusions:Although minocycline hydrochloride in apical microsurgery can not improve the long-term success rate significantly,it can accelerate the healing of apicomarginal defects and ease the post-operative pain.关键词
