磁共振波谱成像观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞的针刺治疗效果
Effect of Acupuncture on Middle Cerebral Artery Occlusion in Rats Observed by Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the treatment effect of acupuncture on middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats through magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) based on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods:A total of 60 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group (27 cases),model group (27 cases) and sham operation group (6 cases).The acupuncture group and model group were further randomly divided into three subgroups (9 cases in each subgroup):24 h subgroup,3 d subgroup and 7 d subgroup.Rat MCAO model was constructed by modified inserting thread method.MRI and 1 H-MRS were examined at the corresponding time points,and the images were further processed and quantitatively analyzed.Results:After MCAO model construction,the lesion areas with high T2WI signal intensity in 7 d subgroup had a narrowing tendency compared with 24 h subgroup and 3 d subgroup.No obvious abnormal signals were observed in the sham operation group.1 H-MRS assay results showed that there were significant increases of N-acetyl aspartate (NAA) in 3 d subgroup and 7 d subgroup of acupuncture group compared with those of model group (31.43 ± 2.88 vs.25.90 ± 3.48,60.84 ± 2.76 vs.54.31 ± 1.40,both P<0.05),but lactate (Lac) was decreased (58.82 ± 3.78 vs.65.15 ± 3.58,50.22 ± 4.33 vs.55.46 ± 4.06,both P<0.05).However,no significant differences were found in choline (Cho) and creatine (Cr) (P>0.05).Conclusions:1 H-MRS can objectively assess the intervention effect of acupuncture treatment on the lesions of rats with MCAO,and it is a reliable imaging method for researches on acupuncture treatment in cerebral ischemic stroke.关键词
