湿润烧伤膏在CO2点阵激光治疗浅表性瘢痕术后创面护理中的效果观察
Clinical effect observation of MEBO in wound care after superficial scar with fractional CO2 laser
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the MEBO use for superficial scar wound care after fractional CO2 laser treated.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Treatment group:superficial scar wound care use for MEBO,and coutrol group use for mupirocin oiument then compared their pain index,wound healing time,Vancouver scar scale and pigmentation incidences.Results The pain index,wound healing time,Vancouver scar scale and pigmentation incidences of treatment group were better than that of control group,P＜0.05,there was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion Treating superficial scar after fractional CO2 laser with MEBO has advantages such as reducing wound pain,shorter healing time,enhancing therapeutic effect,Reducing the incidence of pigmentation.关键词
