Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Q-switched alexandrite laser in treating facial lentigines of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.Methods Fifteen patients diagnosed with PeutzJeghers syndrome were treated with Q-switched alexandrite laser specified with 75ns pulse length,emitting at 755nm and with a 2.4mm-diameter spot size.The lesional skin was irradiated with fluences of 6.5 ～8.5J/cm2.The treatment intervals were 2 months.Result After treatment with Q-switched alexandrite laser 1 to 3 times,all patients were achived effective results.No serious complications were observed.Conclusion Q-switched alexandrite laser is effective in the treatment of facial lentigines of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.关键词
