摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of botulinum toxin type A on morphological changes of patients with augmentation mammaplasty.Methods 40 cases accepted augmentation mammaplasty.The test group need pectoralis major Lower segment injection with botulinum toxin type A,and the control group accepted augmentation mammaplasty directly.After the operation,Two groups took photo measurement to the morphological evaluation.Results On the whole breast shape,In the experimental group,most of the breast nipple position were substantially in the middle of breast 3 months later,which may be slightly moved up marginally 6 months later.In the control group,the nipple position basically fixed 3 months after operation,and the majority concentrated in the breast nipple position on the lower middle partition,P＜0.05.Conclusions Botulinum toxin type A in the early can make a more natural shape of the breast.关键词
