Abstract
Objective To discuss that make the nose perfect and unified through the overall adjustment of partial nasal sigma subunit.Methods First,make an incision in the narrowest point of the columella nasi and marginal nose wing respectively.Secondly,make adjustments on the nasal dorsum,the apex of the nose,columella nasi and nasal septum one by one with e-PTFE,silicon sheets and variants of leather patch.Finally,suture the skin incisions and then use compression bandage for 72hours after operation.Results They are all satisfied with the recovery except one had nose wing infected and another one had a obvious scar on the incision of the columella nasi in this group of 58 cases.Conclusions Divided rhinoplasty gives you perfect and united overall effect through the partial nasal modification.And it also makes postoperative effect more perfect and more natural and has a lower incidence of complications.Due to its easy operation,small injury and less complication,the divided rhinoplasty is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
