摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of pulsed dye laser (PDL) combined with topical imiquimod in the treatment of refractory fresh (purple,hypertrophic a) erythema mole.Methods The 28 cases in the pulsed dye laser treatment five times the color change is not obvious even to deepen the color of PWS patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group using the pulsed dye laser treatment topical imiquimod once a day last one month,interval 1.5 months repeated after treatment,after treatment to observe the effect of the control group,continue to use the pulsed dye laser treatment twice after the observed effects.Results The pulsed dye laser in combination with topical imiquimod treatment effect was significantly better than the original single pulsed dye laser treatment effect.Conclusion based on the results of this preliminary study,the pulsed dye laser and imiquimod treatment of refractory port wine stains have a good prospect for clinical application.关键词
