Abstract
Objective To explore the role of health care and psychological intervention on adolescent patients with fixed appliance.Methods 86 adolescent patients were selected in Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University Department of Orthodontics,randomly divided into two groups.Nursing interventions and psychosocial interventions on patients of the experimental group,while the control group patients were accepted once oral hygiene education at the beginning of wearing the appliance.Record and compare gingival index (GI)and enamel demineralization Index (EDI) in orthodontic treatment one week before,3,6 and 9 months after treatment.Results Nursing and psychological interventions in patients with gingival index (GI) and the enamel demineralization Index (EDI) were significantly lower than the control group.Conclusion Nursing and psychological interventions for adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic oral health has a positive effect.关键词
