高速动车组辅助变流器箱体的热仿真设计方法
Thermal Simulation Design Method for the Auxiliary Converter Case of High-Speed EMU
摘要
Abstract
Based on thermal transmission fundamental,the thermal simulation design flow of high-speed EMU auxiliary converter case mainly includes 3 steps:geometric modelling,simulation initial conditions setting and steady state solving after meshing.According to the basic technical parameters of auxiliary converter,and combined with the simulation results of auxiliary converter main circuit by analog and mixed signal simulation software Saber,the power consumption computational formulas for the main heating elements such as transformer,inductor and insulated gate bipolar transistor in auxiliary converter are provided.Taking certain high-speed EMU auxiliary converter as an example,and according to the thermal simulation design flow for auxiliary converter case,the temperature field and flow field distribution results of auxiliary converter case under rated condition are obtained by computational fluid dynamics software Flotherm,and a prototype of auxiliary converter is made.Actual measurement results and simulation results of transformer coil and core as well as the heat sink of power module are contrasted,and the feasibility of the thermal simulation design method for auxiliary converter case has been verified.关键词
