基于热点应力的国产化Y25型转向架焊接构架疲劳强度分析
Fatigue Strength Analysis on Welded Frame of Domestic Y25 Bogie Based on Hot Spot Stress

Abstract
The welded frame of a domestic Y25 type bogie for 160 km · h-1 speed increased freight car was studied.According to the operating load designed by UIC 510-3 standard and by means of general-purpose finite element software ANSYS,the strength weak zone with bigger stress is obtained,which occurs at the weld of fish-belly side sill and side frame pedestal,center plate,single web plate on side sill and cross sill of welded frame.For the non-close ring fillet welded joint with biggest stress amplitude between single web plate and cross sill,by making use of submodel technology and hot spot stress method,the safety factor is 1.02 and the fatigue life of welded frame is 3.33× 107 cycles.Moreover,the fatigue strength of welded frame meets the requirement of the UIC 510-3 standard,which is identical to the evaluation results checked by Goodman fatigue limit diagram.The research also reveals that the life prediction results by hot spot stress method have better accuracy.关键词
