摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of Dinoprostone Suppositories placed in posterior vaginal fornix and intravenous drip of oxytocin fised in induced labor of full-term pregnancy.Methods 78 cases of induction of full-term pregnancy were collected and randomly divided into the observation group(39 cases) given Dinoprostone Suppositories placed in posterior vaginal fornix and the control group(39 cases) given intravenous drip of oxytocin.Then the maternal and neonatal conditions,negative mood and quality of life were observed.:Results Compared with the control group,the parturient time,total duration of labor,postpartum hemorrhage volume,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly decreased; KPS scores,MUNSH scores,ESCA scores and overall quality of life scores were significantly increased(P ＜ 0.05).But the neonatal birth weight,Apgar scores at postnatal 1,5 min had no significant differences between the two groups(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone Suppositories placed in posterior vaginal fornix can improve the maternal condition,relieve the negative mood and increase the quality of life with positive clinical value.关键词
