Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Shenfukang for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital during 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment of sodium restriction,blood pressure control and dietary protein control and other symptomatic treatment; on this basis the treatment group was given oral Shenfukang Capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times daily,with 30 d as a course of treatment,for continuous 2 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,renal function before and after treatment,1 h urine red blood cell (URBC) count and 24 h urine protein (24 h UTP) quantitative change were compared between 2 groups.Results The total effective rate was 70.59％ in the control group and 94.12％ in the treatment group,the difference between 2 groups had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the renal function,1 h URBC and 24 h UTP before treatment had no statistical differences between 2 groups(P ＞ 0.05);but the improvement of the renal function,1 h URBC and 24 h UTP after treatment in the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Shenfukang has remarkable effect for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis,which can effectively improve the renal function,reduce 1 h URBC count and 24 h UTP and deserves to be clinically promoted.关键词
