Abstract
Objective To analyze the hospital infection prevalence rate and antimicrobial use situation to provide the theoretical guidance for preventing hospital infection.Methods By using the combination method of the bedside investigation and the case investigations,filling out the questionnaire uniformly,the situations of hospital infection and antimicrobial use in all hospitalized patients from 0:00 to 24:00 on June 8,2012 were performed the survey.Results There were 623 inpatient on the survey day,615 inpatients were really investigaed,with the real investigation rate of 98.72％ ;among them,53 cases developed nosocomial infection,the case-times infection rate was 8.62％ ;the top departments with a high hospital infection rate were ICU,hematology,nephrology,hepatobiliary surgery and thoracic surgery and neurosurgery;the antibacterial drug use rate was 46.18％ in the respondents; 134 cases were the treatment use,accounting for 47.18％ and 122 cases were the preventive use,accounting for 42.96％ ;treatment plus prevention were in 28 cases,accounting for 9.86％.Conclusion Conducting the analysis of hospital infection prevalence rate and antimicrobial use can understand the management status quo of hospital infection and find the existing problems and timely take the intervention measures,which is conducive to prevent nosocomial infection and use antimicrobial drugs rationally.关键词
