Abstract
Objective To provide reference for the management of clinical antibacterial drug use.Methods The whole outpatient prescriptions from four university hospitals in 1 year before and after the release of notification of the Special Renovation Activities on Clinical Application of Antibacterial Drugs by the Ministry of Public Health were collected and conducted the comparison of the changes in antibacterial drug use situation.Results The purchased antibacterial drugs had more varieties with higher use rate.The abuse phenomena existed.Before and after the notification release,the antibacterial drug use situation had no significant change.Conclusion The primary hospitals are a large group.The antibacterial drug use situation is not optimistic.The abuse phenomena should not be ignored and the management for antibacterial drug use should be reinforced.关键词
