Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application effects of Xianlinggubao Capsule in the treatment of fractures.Methods 48 patients with fractures treated by nonoperative therapy in this hospital from June 2009 to June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group.The control group was given the conventional therapy,while the treatment group was given Xianlinggubao Capsule on the basis of the conventional therapy,for 6-week treatment.After treatment,the fracture healing time,pain relief and callus formation were observed and analyzed in the two groups.Results The fracture healing time after treatment was average 49.68 d in the treatment group and 66.23 d in the control group;the pain relief time was 4.12 d in the treatment group and 6.97 d in the control group,the fracture healing time and the pain relief in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group with statistical differences(P ＜ 0.05);the callus growth condition score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Xianlinggubao Capsule in treating fracture has significant effect,effectively promotes fracture healing,relieves pain and promotes the growth of callus,so which is worthy of being widely used in clinic.关键词
