Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tanreqing Injection for the treatment of pneumonia.Methods 102 cases of pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,51 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-infective,anti-viral,nutritional support,glucocorticoid,antifebrile,mechanical ventilation,mucus dissolving agents,etc.conventional symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group was given Tanreqing Injection 0.3-0.5 mL/kg plus Glucose Injection 500 mL by intravenous drip based on the basis of the control group conventional symptomatic treatment,once a day,7 d as a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results.The total effective rate was 94.12％ in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 84.31％ in the control group,the difference between them had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05);the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05);the adverse reactions of treatment group were significantly less than those of the control group,the difference had statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of pneumonia has significant effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the duration of hospitalization with less adverse reactions,and is worth being clinically promoted.关键词
