摘要

Abstract

Objective To study the pharmacological effects of modified Dangguisini decoction by adding pepper in the prevention and treatment of frostbite.Methods The water-decoction and the diacolation Methods were adopted.The Chinese herb extract was prepared by the vacuum concentration at 60 ℃.Thirty SD rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups,blank group,model group,decoction group and diacolation group.The appearance description of frostbite before and after treatment,swelling test for anti-inflammatory,analgesic effect measurement,tissue sections and other Methods were adopted to comprehensively evaluate the frostbite-preventing effects of the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.Results Both the decoction and percolation extracts of modified Dangguisini Decoction adding pepper could significantly reduce the rat frostbite swelling,enhance the pain threshold value at 0.5 h after drug administration in the hot-plate-induced pain mice; the swelling fadeaway was found under the visual inspection or microscope observation.The tissue sections showed that the subcutaneous tissue vessels were reduced.Hair follicles were found.Conclusion Modified Dangguisini Decoction adding pepper has the better effects of anti-inflammatory,analgesic and blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving.Its extract by waterdecoction and diacolation has better effect for preventing and treating frostbite and certain promoting rehabilitation effect on the frostbite skin in the experimental animal.
