Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determining the peiminine content in Chuanbeimo Capsule.Methods The Intersil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used with the evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD) for detection,acetonitrile-0.1％ diethylamine as the mobile phase and the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of peiminine was 0.6-6.0 μg(r =0.999 5),and the average recovery rate was 100.16％,RSD =1.69％.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,reliable and accurate for the determination of the peiminine content in Chuanbeimo Capsule,which can be used to control the quality of this praparation.关键词
