Study on Quality Standard for Jinzeguanxin Soft Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standards for Jinzeguanxin Soft Capsules.Methods The HPLC method was used to identify cucurbitacin in the Hemsleya extract and determine the 23-acetate alisol B content in the Alismatis extract.Results In the detected HPLC chromatography,the sample size of cucurbitacin and 23-acetate alisol B in the range of 0.731 2-2.924 8 μg showed a good liner relationship with the peak areas(r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 99.15％ with RSD of 0.96％ (n=6).Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative method is simple and accurate,and may effectively control the quality of Jinzeguanxin Soft Capsules.关键词
