Abstract
Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology of artemisinin from Artemisia annua L.by the cloud point extraction(CPE) method.Methods The CPE method was adopted to extract artemisinin and the UV spectrophotometry was adopted to detect the content.The orthogonal experiment method was used to determine the effect of the surfactant concentration,solid-liquid ratio and balance time on the extraction efficiency for optimizing the optimal extractive technology.Results Adopting non-ion surfactant polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether(Genapol-X 80) with the concentration of 15.0%,the solid-liquid ratio of 100:1 and 2.0 mol/L NaCl,the extraction for 40 min under 60 ℃ could reach the highest extraction rate.Compared with the traditional technology,the CPE method greatly increased the extraction rate.Conclusion The CPE method is stable,feasible and simple to operate,and avoids the high temperature destroy with green,environment protection and high extraction rate.关键词
