我院1463例药品不良反应报告分析
Analysis on 1463 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence situation of adverse drug reactions(ADR) in our hospital to provide the basis for preventing and reducing ADR.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted on 1 463 cases of ADR report collected in our hospital from 2009 to 2011.The classification of ADR degree,drug category,route of administration,involved organs and systems,clinical manifestations and constituent ratio of the reporters were statistically analyzed.Results The occurrence of ADR caused by intravenous infusion was the highest up to 897 cases (61.31％).In the ADR-involving drugs,the occurrence of ADR caused by anti-infective drugs was the most up to 492 cases (33.63％); followed by cerebrovascular and cardiovascular drugs,which were 262 cases (17.91％) and 184cases (12.58％) respectively.The organs,system classification and clinical manifestations involved in ADR were mainly allergic reactions,followed by damage of the digestive system.Conclusion Enhancing the ADR monitoring work is helpful to promote the clinical rational drug use and protect the patient's medication safety.关键词
