复方短效口服避孕药在未婚女性流产后服务中的优势及安全性
Advantages and Safety of Use of Short-acting Combined Oral Contraceptive Post Abortion in Unmarried Women
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the advantages and safety of the use of short-acting combined oral contraceptive (COC) post abortion in unmarried women.[Methods] A total of 110 cases of unmarried women who terminated the pregnant by artificial abortion,were randomly divided into Group A (taking Diane-35 after surgery,n =43),Group B (taking Climen after surgery,n =35),Group C (control group,n =32).Hormone drugs were administrated to patients in Group A and Group B immediately after induced abortion,Recommended even allowed to use three cycles.All patients in three groups were offered post abortion service.Bleeding time,time of menstruation turn over,menstrual disorder,the pregnancy,endometrial thickness and adverse drug reactions were observed and the patient compliance was evaluated.[Results] Group A Insist on taking 3 cycles of 25 cases,The time of bleeding and menstruation turn over in group A was less than group C (P ＜ 0.05) ; the incidences of menstrual disorder in group A was lower than group B and group C (P ＜ 0.05) ; Group B Insist on taking 3 cycles of 22 cases,There was no difference between group B and group C in the time of bleeding and menstruation turn over or the incidences of menstrual disorder (P ＞ 0.05).No patient was pregnant in group A.Both group B and group C had 2 patients who were pregnant.No serious adverse drug reactions were observed after using Diane-35 for 3 months.After receiving the post abortion service,the rates of patients in three groups who taking effect contraceptive method postoperation were higher than pre-operation (P ＜ 0.05).[Conclusions] Application of short-acting COC immediately after artificial abortion was reasonable,beneficial and safe.Strengthening post abortion service was of great significance in protecting unmarried women's reproductive health.关键词
