医用心脏图像分割算法的量化评估框架
A Quantitative Evaluation Framework for Cardiac Segmentation in Medical Image Processing
摘要
Abstract
The Object Oriented theory and principle of design pattern are applied in the evaluation of medical image cardiac segmentation technique ; the common modules and workflow of algorithm evaluation are defined.Then,based on segmentation ground truth and gold standard,an evaluation framework is established and used in Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Left Ventricle segmentation algorithm.The experiment result shows a good extensibility and intuition in quantitative evaluation and regressing testing.关键词
