Solar cells prepared on different flexible substrates
摘要
Abstract
The advantages and prospects of the flexible solar cells were described.The thin film solar cells were prepared on different flexible substrates,including polyimide (Pi),stainless steel (SS),and aluminum (AI) at room temperature using magnetron sputtering.Their structures were characterized,their changes in the structure were obtained,and the flexible batteries have good prospects.In addition,the prospect for flexible displays is also very good.关键词
