摘要
Abstract
PS12036 is a kind of intelligent power module integrated IGBT power components and driver protection circuits.According to characteristic and principle of PS12036,the inverter schematic of PS12036 and digital signal controller interface schematic of DSPIC30F6010 was designed,the realization method of three phase permanent magnet synchronous motor PWM drive signal using the field-oriented control algorithm was studied,the prototype was used to verify the design.关键词
