Genetic analysis and linkage mapping of a recessive dwarf mutant in maize
摘要
Abstract
Bulked segregation analysis was performed to study the genetic characteristics of a dwarf mutant in maize with 90 leaf angle simultaneously by means of three backcross populations.The shortened internode length accounted for its decreased plant height.The genetic analysis showed that it was governed by one recessive gene located at 3.05 bin of chromosome 3,linked with SSR markers umc2265 and umc2166,with genetic distance of 2.5 and 5.4 cM,respectively.关键词
