水中脲类除草剂Chlortoluron氯化产物鉴定、降解途径探究
Reaction Products Identification and Degradation Pathway Study of Phenyl Urea Herbicide Chlortoluron during Chlorination

Abstract
Non-volatile intermediates and volatile products of Chlortoluron during chlorination under different pH values were investigated in this study.UPLC-ESI-MS analysis found non-volatile intermediates with m/z 213,229,263,281,and 247 ions,which are Chlortoluron itself and its hydroxylated,chlorohydroxy,dichloromonohydroxy and monohydroxy derivatives respectively.The volatile products were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with purge-and-trap pretreatment,results of which revealed the existence of chloroform (CF),dichloro-nitromethane(DCNM),chloropicrin(TCNM),dichloroacetonitrile(DCAN),1,1-dichloroacetone (1,1-DCP),1,1,1-trichloro-acetone(1,1,1-TCP).According to the analysis of experimental results in this study,reaction mechanism can be speculated as follows:during chlorination process of Chlortoluron,hydroxylation,oxidation and substitution reaction occured both on phenyl ring and ureido chain,then the phenyl ring was broken open,and more harmful byproducts were generated subsequently.Degradation pathways of Chlortoluron chlorination were then proposed on this account.关键词
