摘要

Abstract

Substrate was considered a key factor for phosphorus (P) removal in constructed wetlands.Red soil,mostly in powder form,with wide distribution in Lake Erhai basin was granulated in this paper.Pore-inducer (starch) percentage and calcining parameters were optimized.Dynamics and isothermal adsorption processes were analyzed and fitted.Effect of pH,concentration of organic matter (indicated by glucose) on P adsorption process was also studied.The results show that under the condition of 1 mg/L and 5 mg/L initial P concentration,P adsorption for optimized red soil granulations reaches equilibrium in 32 h.The largest P adsorption amount of pore induced granulation reaches 13.3 mg/g,and the largest P adsorption amount of pure red soil granulations reaches 9.6 mg/g.Both pH and organic concentration have stimulative and prohibitive effects for P adsorption and red soil granulations.
