纳米TiO2复配添加剂对PVDF中空纤维膜结构和性能的影响
Influence on Structure and Performance for PVDF Hollow Fiber Membrane with Combined Additives of Nanoscale TiO2

Abstract
Blending modification of PVDF membrane is the most practical way which can be applied to an industrial scale production.The incorporation of inorganic nanoparticles has been extensively studied due to its simplicity.The pore-forming agent of polymer,the non-solvent,the surface active agent and inorganic salt were used as another four kinds of additives.Poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)-titania (TiO2) composite hollow fiber membranes were prepared by phase inversion process.The micro structure,chemical composition,thermal stability,mechanical strength,hydrophilicity,separation performance and antifouling ability of the membranes were investigated respectively by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),energy dispersion of X-ray (EDX),X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA),mechanical property test,contact angle measurement and rejection experiment.The results show when the mass fraction of TiO2 is 2 % (by weight of PVDF),pure water flux increases from 216 L/m2·h of the PVDF membrane to 402 L/m2·h,rejection of bovine serum albumin (BSA) decreases from 95 % to 90 %.The overall performance of composite membranes is improved compared to the pure PVDF membrane.关键词
