Abstract
Objective:To investigate the surgical skill and clinical value of laparoscopic vaginoplasty using single piece of peritoneum on congenital absence of vagina.Methods:The clinical data of 52 patients with congenital absence of vagina receiving laparoscopic vaginoplasty using single piece of peritoneum were retro-spectively analyzed.The operation time,blood loss volume and postoperative function of vagina were observed.Results:All 52 patients received successful operations.The mean operation time was 71.44 ± 18.99 minutes,and the mean blood loss volume was 49.78 ±19.59 ml.All patients were followed up for 1 month ～8 years.The mean length of post-operative vagina was 9.46 ± 0.68 cm.Artificial vagina mucosa was smooth,ruddy and flexible,which could meet the physiological demand.The mean score of FSFI which was conducted in married patients to evaluate the sex life quality was 27.84 ±2.76.Conclusions:Laparoscopic vaginoplasty using single piece of peritoneum is a convenient,safe,minimally invasive and reliable surgery for congenital absence of vagina and worthy of being widely applied in clinic.关键词
