空气中YAG激光诱导Cu等离子体空间特性的研究
The research of YAG laser-induced Cu plasma spectra on space characteristic in air

Abstract
The plasma spectra have been measured with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser which induces the plasma from a metal copper target in air.The space-resolved spectra of the plasma are also obtained.By varying the space distance,the spectral structures,electron temperatures and electron intensities in various space distances from the target are studied.The plasma spectrum characteristics and mechanism of production are discussed.The results show that the spectral structure,spectral intensity,plasma electron temperature and density are closely related with the spatial variation.The maximum value of characteristic spectrum strength appears at 0.75~1.0 mm space position before the target,here the Cu line relative strength is strongest.At 1.25 mm space position the electronic temperature is lower,but the electron density instead increases.This phenomenon can be interpreted by the cascade effect.关键词
